customers
If you choose to buy from us, certain information will be
transferred to us with your order, such as name, address and
credit card details. This information will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policies and will also
be handled in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection
Act 1998.
Furthermore we will commit to the following:
1. When you make an order certain information is required
for processing that order. We will only use that information
for the purpose of processing that order and for no other reason
whatsoever
2. Hill Billy's Country Store will not divulge any information
about its customers to any third party

Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours.
Your order will normally be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and is charged at £4.50. This
is for the UK only.
During postal disputes alternative carriers/couriers will be
used and delivery times will be three to five working days.
We always keep large quantities of stock - however, if an
item of stock on your order is not available you will be informed
by e-mail and given four options:
1. to place the item on "back order"
2. to change your order accordingly
3. an alternative item will be suggested
4. a refund

Your satisfaction is our priority
Hill Billy's Country Store abides by all relevant Consumer
laws and directives and in some cases exceeds their requirements.
You may return your order to Hillbillys Country Store to receive
a full refund provided you have notified us in writing by either
letter to Hillbillys Country Store, 88a Bailgate Lincoln LN1
3AR or by email, (email can be sent via our website ) of your
wish to cancel/return your order. Phone calls cannot be accepted.
This must be done within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
You then have a further 7 days from receipt of your letter or
email by Hillbillys Country Store to send the goods back.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging, where
possible, and in a condition fit for re-sale. Where possible,
it is our policy to refund monies within 3 working days of receipt
of the returned goods, however this will, in any case, be no
later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore
suggest a form of recorded postage is used when returning items
to Hill Billys Country Store.
Please note our returns policy in no way affects your legal rights
in law, relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
